Homesteader

Assembled from memory over the span of just under 30 hours, this sandpit toy was an attempt to rebuild a series of systems demonstrations and implementations following the discovery that the original versions had been mysteriously and frustratingly lost or perhaps destroyed.  

This systems demo contains buildable structures, harvestable materials, a radial menu, a "rideable horse" named George, a cart to send to market, and a day/night cycle with a synchronised in-game clock and the ability to rest for time increments. 

All of these systems were built with a focus on implementation and "big picture" problem solving. As a result, there's almost no audio apart from the thud from putting something down, and a few bugs and visual hitches (especially on the trees).
